A mechanical folding sight is already included in the delivery. The magazine holds 10 rounds, includes a standard A2 muzzle brake, and the direct trigger and firing pin safety complete the overall picture.

Haenel CR 223

With the "Competition Rifle" 223, short CR 223, the gunsmith Haenel continues its long tradition in the manufacture of semi-automatic rifles. Once, the first assault rifle in history was built and developed at C.G. Haenel in Suhl. The CR 223 is a semi-automatic rifle with a piston system in caliber .223 Rem. based on the legendary AR 15 system. As a modern self-loader in centerfire configuration, the Haenel CR 223 also functions as a gas-operated loader with a rotating bolt.
