Self-loading pistol SIG P220, cal. 9mm Para (9x19). The SIG P220 pistol was developed in the 1960s and early 1970s and was introduced as a service pistol by the Swiss Army in 1975; it is a perfect example of the high manufacturing standards of the SIG company. The pistol was delivered shortly after its market introduction to both sport shooters and the Swiss Army. This is particularly evident in the manufacturing quality and precision of the weapon. Therefore, it is still sought after and popular today as a match weapon among sport shooters and collectors.

The advantages of the pistol are very well summarized by a quote from Renaud De La Taille, who is considered an authority in the field of handguns: "The SIG is manufactured in the finest tradition of Swiss watchmaking. The weapon is in good overall condition, with only some areas of the surface finish worn. It is marked with a valid German proof mark and is delivered with a spare magazine.
