TIP! It is advisable to add an insulating insole under the heating sole, as this significantly extends the usage time. It is important to keep your feet, socks, and inner shoe absolutely dry, as moisture conducts heat away much faster. To avoid this, use insulating thermal socks. If you are going to sit for a while, turn on the heated soles before your feet cool down. Start with the lowest setting and gradually increase it so that your foot stays comfortably warm.
