If you wish to purchase an item via shipping, please note that we require your complete contact details including a telephone number. You will receive an email from us in which we send you an order confirmation in the form of a customer order. Please note, the order will be sent as a PDF, please also check your spam folder. Here you will find all the necessary information such as shipping costs and bank details. When purchasing firearms, we require your acquisition permit in the following form:
For the purchase of handguns or for the purchase of long guns through a firearms ownership card (WBK) with an approved preliminary entry, we always need the WBK in original, as we as the transferor must enter the model and serial number.
For the purchase of long guns by hunters, we require the hunting license or a certified copy! It is also possible to send us a scan via email, but only in connection with the telephone extension and name of the responsible contact person at your issuing authority.
Please note that we only ship with certified shipping companies that guarantee personal delivery. It is necessary that you can identify yourself personally to the courier. Delivery usually takes place on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.; by arrangement, a different delivery address can also be provided. Scheduled deliveries are also possible, but they are chargeable.

Firearm acquisition and shipping to EU countries

A sale in EU states is possible, but we need a so-called movement approval from the recipient state.
To check the transport costs, we need your complete address; without it, it is not possible for us to determine the shipping costs.
If you wish to purchase a weapon from another EU country, you will receive an order confirmation in the form of a customer order from us via email, specifying the weapon number and bank details or the international bank account. The customer order will also indicate the actual transport costs incurred. These must be paid in advance along with the weapon price. You will receive this as a PDF file; please also check your spam folder.
With the incoming payment of the purchase price, the goods are firmly reserved for you. If no payment is received within 10 working days, the weapon may be released again for sale. You then have no claim to the fulfillment of your order.
If you have received the EU movement permit from your competent regulatory authority, please send it to us in original; you will receive this back with the ordered weapon. We will then apply for the German export license. Depending on the workload at the authority, this can generally take 8-10 days, in individual cases even 2-3 weeks. After that, the weapon will be shipped as quickly as possible.

In general, we always need a telephone number, preferably a mobile or landline number where you can be reached at any time for inquiries regarding international shipping.

If you wish to purchase a weapon from abroad, you will receive an order confirmation in the form of a customer order from us via email, specifying the weapon number and the international bank account. This will be sent as a PDF; please check your spam folder! With immediate payment of the purchase price, the goods are firmly reserved for you. If no payment is received within 10 working days, the weapon may be released again for sale. You then have no claim to the fulfillment of your order. Since the shipping of firearms to these countries may be difficult and expensive, we work with the company Krico and Falko (the contact details of the company will be sent to you upon request), but the buyer must commission this company with the shipping and settle the costs.

As a commercial provider selling batteries and devices that contain them, we are obliged under the Battery Act (BattG) to point out that batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of in household waste. Therefore, a crossed-out trash can is depicted on the batteries or accumulators. Furthermore, the chemical symbol of the pollutant is printed: Cd for cadmium, Pb for lead, and Hg for mercury.
