Firearm purchase and shipping within Germany

If you want to purchase an item by shipping, please note that we need your complete contact details including phone number. You will receive an email from us with an order confirmation in the form of a customer order. Please note, the order is sent as a PDF, please also check your spam folder. Here you will find all necessary information such as shipping costs and bank details. When purchasing firearms, we need your acquisition authorization in the following form:
For purchase of handguns or long guns with a WBK with approved pre-entry, we always need the original WBK, as we as the transferor enter the model and serial number.
For purchase of long guns by hunters, we need the hunting license or a certified copy! It is also possible to send us a scan by email but only in connection with the direct phone number and name of the responsible officer of your issuing authority.
Please note that we only ship with certified shipping companies that guarantee personal delivery. It is necessary that you can personally identify yourself to the courier. Delivery usually takes place on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., but an alternative delivery address can be specified by arrangement. Scheduled deliveries are also possible but chargeable.

Firearm purchase and shipping to EU countries

A sale to EU countries is possible, but a so-called export permit from the recipient country is required.
To check transport costs, we need your complete address; without this, we cannot determine shipping costs.
If you want to purchase a firearm from the EU abroad, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email in the form of a so-called customer order. This includes the firearm number and bank details or the international bank connection. The actual transport costs are also shown in the customer order. These must be paid in advance with the firearm price. You will receive this as a PDF file, please also check your spam folder.
Upon receipt of payment, the goods are firmly reserved for you. If no payment is received within 10 working days, the firearm may be released for sale again. You then have no claim to fulfillment of your order.
If you have received the EU export permit from your responsible regulatory authority, please send it to us in the original; you will receive it back with the ordered firearm. We will then apply for the German export permit. Depending on the workload at the authority, this can usually take 8-10 days, in individual cases also 2-3 weeks.
After that, the firearm will be shipped as soon as possible.

In general, for foreign shipping, we always need a phone number, preferably mobile or a landline where you can be reached at any time for inquiries.

onalen Bankverbindung. Dieser wird als PDF versandt, bitte beachten Sie Ihren Spam Ordner. Mit umgehender Zahlung des Kaufpreises ist die Ware fest für Sie reserviert. Sollte innerhalb von 10 Werktagen keine Zahlung eingehen wird die Waffe ggf. wieder für den Verkauf freigegeben. Sie haben dann keinen Anspruch auf  Erfüllung Ihrer Bestellung. Da der Waffenversand in diese Länder unter Umständen schwierig und teuer ist arbeiten wir mit der Firma Krico und Falko (die Kontaktdaten der Firma werden wir Ihnen auf Wunsch zusenden.) zusammen, jedoch muss der Käufer diese Firma mit dem Versand beauftragen und abrechnen.

Upon incoming payment of the purchase price, the product is firmly reserved for you. Should no payment be made within 10 working days, the weapon shall be released if necessary again for sale. You are then not entitled to fulfil your order.
If you have received the EU movement permit issued by your competent Regulatory Authority, please send it to us in the original; with the ordered weapons, you will get this returned. As a result, we request the German export licence. Depending on the workload at the authority, this may generally take 8-10 days to complete, in individual cases also 2-3 weeks. Then, the weapon will be shipped quickly.
 
Generally, we always need a phone number—mobile or fixed line—where you are reachable at all times for questions in international shipping, if possible.

Should no payment arrive within 10 business days, the weapon will, if necessary, be released again for sale. You are then not entitled to fulfil your order. Because arms delivery to these countries may be difficult and expensive, we work together with the company Krico and Falko (the contact details of the company will be sent to you on request), but the buyer must entrust this company with the shipping and settle the costs.
