The evolution of superiority! The new METE series includes changes designed to elevate a great product to the next level of semi-automatic sport pistols. The external changes are subtle, but immediately noticeable when handling the weapon. An integral magazine well allows for smooth reloading and additional support for the grip, a new aggressive texturing on the front of the grip provides increased stability, the double undercut trigger guard secures the support hand on the weapon, the flat slide stop lever and angled rear sight edge enhance functionality in a variety of situations, a co-witnessing optics-ready slide cut that now accepts everything from a Trijicon RMRcc to a micro optic allows for a consistent and reliable sight picture, an ergonomically redesigned beavertail for comfort, and a holster fit-and-lock system (HFL) to keep it in the holster. The internal changes begin with Easy In / Easy Out push pins that can be removed with light pressure and the Canik punch. From there, the entire platform components are modular in the sense that they can be fully disassembled and then easily reassembled using only the aforementioned Canik punch. The METE SFx comes with a 132 mm (5.2 inch) barrel.
