It depends on the type of goods purchased.

Accessories / non-acquisition permit-required goods:
These items will be delivered to you upon prepayment. We will send your invoice to the email address you provided us as a PDF document.
After receipt of payment, we will ship the goods to you.

Additionally for items with age verification (for example, bayonets):
Please send us a scan/photo of your ID via email.
We are legally obligated to do so. The shipping of such goods can only occur after receipt of payment and the positive verification of your age.

Weapons and weapon-equivalent parts:
After clarifying the validity of your acquisition permit, we absolutely need your NWR IDs (person ID and permit ID).
Please send us a scan/photo of the corresponding acquisition permit along with your IDs. The entry in your WBK is handled by your authority since the implementation of the NWR (also for purchases with a valid pre-entry; e.g., for handguns).
After receipt of payment and verification of the acquisition permit, we will ship the goods to you.

Ammunition:
Please send us a scan/photo of your acquisition permit via email, as well as your phone number and your contact person at your weapons authority. To assess the current status of the transmitted images, it is advisable to photograph the WBK on a current newspaper/weekend newspaper/ad flyer.
Please ensure that in the scans/photos of WBKs both sides (fully opened) and for hunting licenses all relevant pages are visible. You may black out/cover any irrelevant data for the purchase.
After receipt of payment and verification of the acquisition permit, we will ship the goods to you.
Important:
Please also provide us with your "daytime" phone number to schedule the shipping with you. Your phone number is also required by the ammunition courier service.
Ammunition will be delivered to you "in person" by the courier service Overnite on Wednesdays and Fridays. Pickup at the delivery depot near you is also possible. We will personally agree on the exact shipping date with you!
