The arms factory ALFAPROJ was founded in 1993.

Since its inception, the company has been producing handguns. The range includes revolvers in calibers .22 LR to .357 Magnum and revolvers for pistol ammunition in caliber 9mm Luger.

Since 2002, ALFAPROJ has been producing Combat and Defender pistols in calibers 9 mm to .45 Auto.

The weapons are exported worldwide under the ALFA brand and various exclusive local brands for major customers.

ALFAPROJ s.ro. follows the Czech tradition of arms production, which is world-renowned and whose history dates back to the time before World War I in Czechoslovakia and continues now in the Czech Republic, particularly in Brno.

In recent years, ALFAPROJ s.r.o. has succeeded in several tenders and equipped national police forces of various countries with its weapons and handcuffs.
