The BRX-1 takes into account the demands that a straight-pull rifle must meet, such as a fast, smooth cycling process and reliable system functionality, as well as high precision even with rapid fire sequences, and implements them innovatively. The high magazine capacity, even with the magnum calibers, and the possibility of quick magazine changes once again reflect the current spirit of the company. The blackened barrel of the rifle is made from cold-hammered high-performance steel. Emphasis was also placed on high inherent precision, which is achieved through fine tuning of the various elements, as well as a precise coaxial bedding of the barrel axis and chamber. The stable and particularly large-area barrel bedding ensures that even after a barrel change, only minimal deviations in impact location occur. The bolt is based on the proven military Beretta assault rifles, whose priorities have always been durability and reliability. The straight-pull bolt used here was built for standard calibers with 8 and for magnum calibers with double arranged 16 lugs to ensure maximum durability and functionality.
