Katadyn Katadyn Water Filter Vario

The Katadyn water filter Vario from the Backcountry series features various filtration options. Whether clear, cloudy, or chemically smelling water – the pump filter Vario filters it with a cleanable ceramic dirt filter as well as a microbiological glass fiber filter with low pump resistance. For cloudy water, the "Longer Life" mode can be activated. The "Faster Flow" mode uses the glass fiber filter with direct flow. The pumping capacity is increased to up to 2 L/min. To reduce chemicals and bad taste, the activated carbon granulate can be replaced regularly. The double pump mechanism ensures continuous performance with minimal effort. The replacement filter elements are available individually and are easy to replace (ceramic disc, glass fiber filter with activated carbon, activated carbon granulate). The delivery does not include a bottle. The water filter Vario is suitable for bottles with a neck diameter of 55 mm, such as the Klean Kanteen Wide.
