Developed to mobilize additional reserves from the original Walther P22 in dangerous situations, the P22 Ready is specifically aimed at shooters who primarily use a blank gun for self-defense purposes.

Due to its slim design, reliable function, and intuitive operation, the P22 in caliber 9 mm P.A.K. has established itself as the first choice among compact and lightweight blank guns. The P22 Ready minimizes the time between the first reach for the weapon and its readiness for use by omitting the manual safety. Without a protruding pivot safety, the slide is even slimmer and provides secure access to the prominently designed slide serrations, even in stressful situations. With its further reduced weight, the P22 Ready becomes the ideal concealed-carry pistol.

P22-typical and proven features such as the external hammer, the paddle magazine release, and the classic grip with a rubberized back ensure safe handling with easily accessible controls, even with the P22 Ready. The 7-round magazine serves as a grip extension, the trigger guard has a textured finger rest, and the mounting rail allows for the attachment of optional accessories.
