The new CZ 457 family is the successor to the proven CZ 455 series and features a thoughtful, modular design that combines classic style with modern manufacturing. Compared to existing models and other manufacturers, the 457 series is a step ahead of the competition in terms of improved safety, accuracy, and longevity.

The new CZ 457 models have the following advantages:

- Cylinder lock with a reduced opening angle of 30° from 60° (compared to the CZ 455)
- Signal pin on the locking mechanism as a cocking indicator – sliding safety
- New, 62% lighter firing pin
- Bedding system for increased precision
- Adjustable trigger – 800 g to 1500 g
- Exceptionally durable corrosion protection coating on steel parts for a long lifespan
- System sleeve with 11 mm prism rail
- Hammered barrel (compatible with CZ 455)
- Improved ergonomics
- Detachable magazine for 5 or 10 cartridges (compatible with CZ 455)
- Highly ergonomic thumbhole stock made of laminated wood
- Muzzle thread 1/2x20 UNF and compensator
- Available in 2 barrel lengths

- Cold forged varmint barrel

A sport model with an attractive duralumin housing from the renowned brand MDT. The fluted barrel with match-quality chamber is equipped with a muzzle brake; the stock features an adjustable cheek piece. With the help of the four included stock spacer caps, the LOP can be adjusted. And the Picatinny rail with 25 MOA inclination allows for easy sighting in of the scope even at greater distances.
