The Walther Compact Knife Sharpener offers 2 edge angles for different types of knives. The 34° angle is suitable for kitchen knives, while the 50° angle can be used for hunting and outdoor knives. The carbide inserts in the dark, coarse V-cut provide the basic sharpness. With the ceramic inserts in the fine white V-cut, the blade is polished, restoring its original fine shine. Hold the knife sharpener with the left hand on the ribbed surface and press it onto a non-slip surface.
