Optically and technically, the “V6 2.5-16x42 Gen. 3” meets the highest demands. Despite the small 42 mm objective, the riflescope is ideally suited for all hunting areas due to its lightweight design and low target coverage.
The highlight is a special parallax adjustment with its oversized adjustment range.
Thus, the “V6 2.5-16x42 Gen. 3” demonstrates its superiority over other riflescopes in combination with a night vision device or a thermal imaging device (observe legal regulations) during night hunting.
The V6 2.5-16x42 riflescope of the 3rd generation from DDoptics

is made of a robust aluminum alloy, is shockproof, and free of plastic parts.
All aluminum parts are coated with a non-glossy “fine black” anodized finish.
The optics shine with high-performance CT glass (Clear Transmission), which guarantees a bright and clear view, providing a high-contrast, parallax-free, and color-true image with outstanding edge sharpness and excellent transmission even at 16x magnification.
With a field of view of 14 m or 2.5 m (at 2.5x or 16x magnification), the optics are suitable for any hunting application.
Highest quality equipment
The riflescope is equipped with a thin illuminated reticle A4N (2nd focal plane), which minimally covers the target.
In poor light conditions or at night, the non-reflective red fiber illuminated dot, which can be precisely and continuously dimmed and is optionally available with an intelligent on/off automatic (iFiber™), supports the user.
The “V6 2.5-16x42” features a quick reticle adjustment (ASV).
Its metal turrets for elevation and windage adjustment are completely waterproof.
The ASV has a double scaling (Doubleturn) and a zero stop (Zerostop).
This allows for adjustments of various shooting distances depending on wind direction and strength or any potential movement of the target.
Per click, the reticle is adjusted by 0.1 MRAD (milliradian).
This corresponds to 1 cm at 100 m. The click adjustment works absolutely precisely and repeatably.
The adjustment range
One full rotation of the adjustment turret corresponds to 10 mrad (100 cm at 100 m).
The total adjustment range is 26 mrad (260 cm at 100 m).
This corresponds to an adjustment range of 2600 cm at 1000 m.
The “V6 2.5-16x42” riflescope offers important advantages with its large adjustment and magnification range:
On one hand, during the day, the 16x magnification allows for a safe shot even over long distances.
The large adjustment range of the reticle adjustment enables precise pre-setting of shooting distances.
On the other hand, during night hunting in combination with a night vision device or thermal imaging device (observe legal regulations), high magnifications can still be achieved due to the parallax adjustment with its oversized adjustment range.
The specially designed parallax adjustment (close range 10m) is capable of compensating for image blurriness caused by night vision or thermal imaging devices even at higher magnifications, which does not work with riflescopes that have weaker or no parallax adjustment.
Thus, the riflescope is particularly well-suited for night hunting with special permission during times of high wild boar populations.
