The innovative BasicNature setup pole, adjustable, aluminum, 180-210 cm is connected with a rubber band. Lightweight and compact. With the practical spring-loaded button mechanism, the pole can be adjusted from 180 cm to 210 cm. Thanks to aluminum, it is nice and light yet stable.
