Thanks to its mode of action through the components of iron powder, activated carbon, and salt, it works completely odorless without embers and is additionally biodegradable. When the mixture comes into contact with oxygen, the iron powder oxidizes and releases heat. To ensure the activation of the chemical reaction goes smoothly, the ambient temperature should not be below 1-2°C.
