The Hawke LRF?800 is a handheld laser rangefinder, designed for various outdoor scenarios: hunting, shooting, golf, land surveying. Ergonomically shaped, so it fits well in the hand and the controls are easily accessible. The laser is eye-safe (CE compliant), meaning it is intended for normal use, not for hazardous laser applications.

Standard: measures the direct distance to the target (line of sight) Rain: in rain – this mode filters out disturbances caused by raindrops, making the measurement to the target more reliable. Hunt: specifically for hunting environments, e.g. with underbrush – high vegetation is better filtered out, allowing the distance to more distant targets to be measured. Flag: ideal for golf – actively searches for the flag and measures to the pin. There is also a “Continuous Scan” mode (scan mode), where continuous measurements are output as long as the laser is held active. Optics & Display

Magnification: 6× – the target is brought in close. Objective diameter: 25 mm Optical system: multi-coated with BK-7 prisms, providing good light transmission and image clarity.
