Even with rapid follow-up shots and regardless of the previously fired barrel, the point of impact remains consistently precise. The adjustment of the small ball barrel to the large ball barrel is done using easily operable adjustment elements in the muzzle mount (horizontal adjustment) and in a second barrel mount (vertical adjustment) under the fore-end. All sliding surfaces that serve thermal stability are hard chrome-plated and thus permanently protected against corrosion.
