Specifically developed for the hunter and sport shooter and very well suited for shotgun shooting and hunting due to flat capsules. The Peltor Sporttac has a level-dependent function that amplifies weak sounds and dampens loud noises (gunshots). The digital technology reacts much more gently and spares the wearer from the abrupt shutdown of sound that is common in many level-dependent hearing protectors. The volume is adjusted by pressing a button. Both a radio and a dog tracking device can be directly connected to the hearing protection. Additionally, the included capsules are interchangeable, allowing for color differentiation that increases visibility and thus the safety of the wearer. Battery operated: 2x1.5 V AAA.
