Dick block knife blue 18 cm

The Ergogrip knife series from Dick is uncompromising in function and safety. Of course, this knife series is the first choice when a lot of work needs to be done with the knife. Whether at the butcher or in the private sector, the wide selection of knives will impress you. The ergonomic handling and functional design are not neglected here. The blade made of high-quality CMV high-performance steel is stamped, and subsequently, the edge was laser-tested, resulting in a hardness of 56-57 HRC. This has resulted in an extremely sharp cutting result.
