Anschutz ceramic coating

Keramik-Hochleistungsbeschichtung Anschütz GunCoating is a ceramic high-performance coating for all types of firearms and knives. Despite its extreme lubricating properties, Anschütz GunCoating is residue-free, forming an invisible, dry film on the weapon and enhancing the sliding properties of moving parts on the weapon. Loud metallic noises from rubbing parts – such as those from the bolts of repeaters – are significantly reduced. Anschütz GunCoating forms a strong bond with the surface, does not run off, and thus protects the weapon long-term from corrosion. Anschütz GunCoating can be applied to all surfaces such as steel, plastic, painted wooden parts, gold and silver embellishments, hard coatings, castings, and rubber. Anschütz GunCoating compensates for microscopic cracks and scratches and permanently smooths the treated surfaces. Wear is minimized, and the shooting performance of the weapon is increased. Anschütz GunCoating works even with the first treatment – even on older weapons!

Instructions for use
Anschütz GunCoating is fundamentally applied to the cleaned weapon. Metal parts should be degreased before application so that the ceramic particles can adhere directly to the metal. Anschütz GunCoating is sprayed thinly onto the surfaces and then distributed with a lint-free cloth, creating a thin, moist film on the surface. Anschütz GunCoating then dries automatically. The coating is dry at room temperature after about 30 minutes and completely hardened after about 2 hours. When applying in the barrel, it is important to ensure that the barrel is thoroughly cleaned beforehand. Anschütz GunCoating is then applied thinly with cotton or a felt plug. For large area maintenance, the aerosol spray is recommended. For coating small parts and adjusting triggers, the liquid product in the dropper bottle should be used.

Caution! Extremely flammable aerosol. Container is under pressure (spray can). May burst when heated. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/122°F. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources. No smoking. Use may produce explosive/flammable vapor-air mixtures.
