The Sitka Gear Mountain Vest in Optifade Subalpine Camo is an incredibly lightweight and highly functional vest. Weighing only 240 grams, the vest is made from a durable stretch nylon fabric with taped seams. The inner lining is lightly brushed. The Sitka Gear Mountain Vest features a Gore Windstopper® membrane, which is completely windproof and highly water-repellent. The Windstopper provides excellent insulation and protects the torso area from cooling. The vest can be worn alone over a shirt or sweater, thereby protecting the torso from cooling due to wind. However, the vest can also be worn as an insulating mid-layer under a jacket. The Mountain Vest has two side pockets and a zippered chest pocket. Material 100% nylon.
