The housing material used here, NEOCARB®, is a newly developed material mix of carbon fiber and polycarbonate by KHS. It is not only six times lighter than stainless steel and three times lighter than titanium, but it also boasts high scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, cold and heat resistance, and hypoallergenic properties. Thoughtful details such as the black case back, the use of sapphire instead of mineral glass, and the improved grip of the bezel enhance the watch both visually and qualitatively, making it an indispensable accessory in combination with proven features such as water resistance up to 20 bar and the use of Trigalight illumination. In the XTAC tactical watches (XTAC = Xtreme Tactical), all surfaces, numerals, the case, and the strap buckle are intentionally kept in black.
