2-piece rain protection suit made from federal surplus stocks in used condition. The parka has a high-closing collar with a continuous, covered zipper. The sleeve cuffs can be individually adjusted using the Velcro fastener. There are drawstrings with locks on the hood and hem. Rank insignia can be attached with Velcro on both sleeves. The pants have adjustment straps with Velcro in the hip area.
