The Böker Plus Caracal Folder by Boris Manasherov has been in high demand since its release and is now available in various versions. The Caracal Folder 42 forgoes the Linerlock of the other versions and is instead equipped with a Slipjoint. However, the special feature is the locking pin, which can secure the Caracal against folding when needed.

This locking pin sits in the back of the handle in the spacer and can, if desired, be inserted laterally into the hole in the handle, which keeps the blade firmly and securely in place. Spring-loaded balls keep the pin securely anchored in both positions. The rest of the equipment is consistent with the previous Caracal: solid steel liners with pleasantly contoured G10 scales, a blade made of D2, and the reversible deep-carry clip (tip-up/l-r) give a familiar impression.
