The sanding belts included in three different grits (80 / 220 / 6000) are only 12 millimeters wide and thus adapt perfectly to almost any cutting edge shape. For sharpening regular knife blades, the belts in grits 220 and 6000 are primarily needed, while the 80 grit belts are mainly used for coarser edges (axes, etc.).
