IIC – Intelligent Illumination Control
If the illumination control of the RD 17 detects no movement for three minutes, the light unit switches to energy-saving mode. Upon renewed movement, the dot is available again at the previously set intensity. Thanks to IIC, this results in a battery life of over 50,000 hours.
