The Zoraki HP01 air pistol in caliber 4.5 mm pellet is known for its excellent workmanship combined with modern design.

Thanks to the pump system, you do not need any additional accessories to power the air pistol. The weapon features an automatic safety system when reloading. You can adjust the trigger as needed from 350-1800 g.

The pistol has height and depth adjustments on the grip, allowing you to properly fit the pistol to your hand. It is possible to attach additional accessories on the weaver rail.

Here in a special version with match grip for right-handers.

The buyer may, provided he is a consumer (§ 13 BGB), revoke his contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or – if the item is handed over to him before the deadline – also by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of the seller's information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 EGBGB in conjunction with § 1 Abs. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as his obligations according to § 312g Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To maintain the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the item in time.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties must be returned and surrendered. If the buyer cannot return the received service as well as benefits (e.g. usage advantages) in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, he must provide the seller with compensation in this respect. For the deterioration of the item and for benefits drawn, the buyer must only provide compensation to the extent that the benefits or the deterioration are attributable to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and the functionality. "Examination of the properties and the functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. Items that can be shipped in a package must be returned at the seller's expense and risk. Non-packageable items will be picked up from the buyer. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for the buyer with the sending of his withdrawal declaration or the item, for the seller with their receipt.

Data protection
1 Personal data is only collected if the customer provides it to the seller voluntarily for the purpose of contract processing or when registering for the email newsletter. The personal data provided on this occasion will be used for contract processing as well as for processing the customer's inquiries.
2 The customer's email address will also be used for our own advertising purposes, provided the customer has expressly consented to this. The customer can revoke his consent to the seller at any time.
3 The customer's personal data will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods.
4 After complete processing of the contract, the customer's data will be stored with regard to tax and commercial law retention periods, but blocked for other purposes and deleted after the expiration of these periods, unless the customer has expressly consented to further use of his data.
5 The customer has the right to free information about his stored data as well as, if applicable, the right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. He can contact the seller free of charge with questions regarding the collection, processing or use of his personal data.
Data storage
All data that we learn from you, e.g. name, address, date of birth, hunting license, firearms ownership card, will be collected by us in accordance with the EU GDPR and used only in an allowable manner.
