In this three-hour course, the ambitious Glock owner will be enabled to carry out all necessary tasks for the care, cleaning, and maintenance of the weapon system independently.

The complete disassembly and reassembly of the weapon, naming of the individual parts, and the replacement of wear parts will be practiced.

Particular attention will be paid to maintenance, focusing on the communication of the safety and function checks of the weapons and the recognition and elimination of malfunctions and wear. In the "workshop," participants can carry out the installation of various trigger options and simple tuning under expert guidance.

Following the principle of “best practice with your Glock,” the course will be rounded off with 'live' weapon training.

There, the most important safety rules and training components for practical shooting with the weapon system will be conveyed.

There is also the opportunity to try out many common models of the Glock weapon system.

Tuning and wear parts, magazines, holsters, tools, sights, and ammunition can be purchased on-site.

Course content:

Workshop (three hours)

History and functional principles of the weapon system (including based on a cross-section model)
Generational question (Gen2-Gen5)
Field disassembly of the weapon, assemblies
Work on the slide (Upper) and frame (Lower) with naming of the components
Cleaning, care, and naming of lubrication points
Maintenance and replacement of wear parts (including magazines), safety and function checks
Diagnostics and troubleshooting
Different trigger options (New-York Trigger) and tuning possibilities
User-specific advice on the weapon system (models, calibers, ammunition, holsters)

Shooting range (two hours)

The four safety rules  
Loading activities and loading status checks
Weapon handling and solid stance
Correct trigger pull and trigger reset
Practice-oriented training opportunities and self-diagnosis of the shot pattern  

Equipment (to be brought by the participant):

Own Glock weapon, 2 magazines (loaner weapons by arrangement), including valid WBK
Cleaning materials
Holster suitable for the weapon (with concealed trigger guard)
Approximately 100 rounds of factory ammunition
