The binoculars in the Outdoor line are specifically designed for active use in nature. The rubber-armored aluminum housing effectively protects the optical construction even under harsh conditions in all weather. Naturally, the glasses are waterproof and fog-free due to the filling with dry nitrogen and effective seals, even in rainy weather. The multi-layer coating ensures a clear, high-contrast view of nature. The slim, rubber-armored design provides perfect ergonomics and comfortable handling. With the Bauer Outdoor binoculars, you are close to nature - in any weather! The first generation of outdoor binoculars was available in the classic design, while the second generation now presents itself from the 26mm objective opening in an innovative form with an open bridge. This results in advantages in ergonomics and weight for many applications, as the slim, open, and lightweight design facilitates quick assessment of the situation. The models with 42, 50, and 56mm objective diameters are equipped with phase-correction coating on the prisms, which enhances detail resolution and suppresses reflections and stray light. The 8 x 50 and 8 x 56 Outdoor SL also feature a dielectric prism coating. This measure allows for very color-accurate reproduction, and the brightness and naturalness of colors, especially in twilight, particularly benefit from this technology. At the launch of the new series, models with 26, 34, and 42mm objective diameters were already available. Since early 2017, the series has been expanded with models particularly interesting for hunting with 50 and 56mm objective diameters. Thus, the new line offers a complete range from small pocket binoculars to the classic sitting glass. Nature lovers like hikers, trekkers, and hunters - for all, the SL series offers a perfect choice for an ambitious entry into nature observation!

Miscellaneous: Right of withdrawal
The buyer can, provided he is a consumer (§ 13 BGB), revoke his contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, email) or - if the item is handed over to him before the deadline - also by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of the seller's information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 EGBGB in conjunction with § 1 Abs. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as his obligations according to § 312g Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To maintain the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the item in time.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, the performances received by both parties must be returned and surrendered. If the buyer cannot return the received performance as well as benefits (e.g., usage advantages) in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, he must provide compensation to the seller to that extent. For the deterioration of the item and for benefits derived, the buyer must only provide compensation to the extent that the benefits or deterioration are attributable to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of its properties and functionality. "Examination of properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. Items that can be shipped in a package are to be returned at the seller's expense and risk. Non-packageable items will be picked up from the buyer. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for the buyer with the dispatch of his withdrawal declaration or the item, for the seller with its receipt.

Data protection
1 Personal data is only collected if the customer provides it voluntarily to the seller for contract processing or when registering for the email newsletter. The personal data provided at this occasion will be used for contract processing as well as for handling customer inquiries.
2 The customer's email address will also be used for the seller's own advertising purposes, provided the customer has expressly consented to this. The customer can revoke his consent to the seller at any time.
3 The customer's personal data will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods.
4 After complete processing of the contract, the customer's data will be stored with regard to tax and commercial law retention periods, but blocked for other purposes and deleted after the expiration of these periods, unless the customer has expressly consented to further use of his data.
15 The customer has the right to free information about his stored data as well as, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. He can contact the seller free of charge with questions regarding the collection, processing, or use of his personal data.
Data storage
All data that we learn from you, e.g., name, address, date of birth, hunting license, firearms ownership card, will be collected by us in accordance with the EU GDPR and used only in a permissible manner.
