Umarex T4E HDR 50 Gen 2

The T4E HDR 50 RAM revolver belongs to the new generation of high-end training and home defense weapons. With its large caliber of .50 and exceptional design, it is an absolute must-have.

The revolver is powered by a standard 12g CO2 capsule, which is housed in the grip. Thanks to the unique quick-piercing system, the capsule is only punctured when the revolver is put into action. Simply apply a light tap to the underside of the grip. This way, you are always optimally prepared, and the capsule is guaranteed to be full. Both rubber and plastic balls, as well as pepper balls in caliber .50, can be used as ammunition.

The structured grip surfaces ensure optimal handling. The trigger safety provides the best possible security. Additional accessories can be easily attached to the two Picatinny rails.

Other: Right of withdrawal
The buyer may, as long as he is a consumer (§ 13 BGB), revoke his declaration of contract within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, email) or – if the item is handed over to him before the deadline – also by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of the seller's information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 EGBGB in conjunction with § 1 Abs. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as his obligations according to § 312g Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To maintain the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the item in time.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the performances received by both parties must be returned and surrendered. If the buyer cannot return the received performance as well as uses (e.g., benefits of use) in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, he must compensate the seller to that extent. For the deterioration of the item and for uses drawn, the buyer must only provide compensation to the extent that the uses or the deterioration are attributable to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and the functionality. "Examination of the properties and the functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and usual in a retail store. Items that can be sent by parcel must be returned at the seller's expense and risk. Non-parcelable items will be picked up from the buyer. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for the buyer with the sending of his declaration of withdrawal or the item, for the seller with their receipt.

Data protection
1 Personal data is only collected if the customer provides it to the seller voluntarily for contract processing or when registering for the email newsletter. The personal data provided at this occasion will be used for contract processing as well as for handling the customer's inquiries.
2 The customer's email address will also be used for the seller's own advertising purposes, provided the customer has expressly consented to this. The customer can revoke his consent to the seller at any time.
3 The customer's personal data will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods.
4 After complete processing of the contract, the customer's data will be stored with regard to tax and commercial law retention periods, but blocked for other purposes and deleted after the expiration of these periods, unless the customer has expressly consented to further use of his data.
5 The customer has the right to free information about his stored data as well as, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. He can contact the seller free of charge with questions regarding the collection, processing, or use of his personal data.

All data that we learn from you, e.g., name, address, date of birth, hunting license, firearms ownership card, will be collected by us in accordance with the EU GDPR and used only in permissible ways.
