The sound suppressor Hausken JAKT WD 60 MK2 is the ideal choice for hunters looking for optimal suppression performance for their Magnum rifle. Due to the large internal volume, a significant amount of combustion gases can be absorbed. Suppressing large calibers is therefore not a problem. Maximum barrel outer diameter 23 mm.
This sound suppressor is not suitable for firearms with open sights.
The Norwegian manufacturer Hausken has been specializing in the development and production of sound suppressors since 1992.
All Hausken sound suppressors are made from high-alloy aluminum and manufactured on state-of-the-art machines. Each part is hard-anodized for maximum durability. The sophisticated design, precise manufacturing, and high-quality materials ensure maximum suppression performance while maintaining low weight and compact dimensions.
The sound suppressors generally have a thread of M18x1. If you want to use the sound suppressor for a firearm with a thread of M15x1, it must be replaced with a thread adapter M15x1. This would then need to be glued in place. It is recommended to have this done by a gunsmith. The sound suppressor can then only be used for M15x1.

Notes on sound suppressors: Existing hunting law prohibitions or restrictions on the use of sound suppressors in the respective federal states must be observed. Ballistically, the use of sound suppressors with standard hunting ammunition has no impact – the effect of the projectile remains the same. The perception of the surroundings is also not affected. Sound suppressors reduce recoil as well as noise at the source. This protects the environment (e.g., hunting dogs) from noise damage. They nearly eliminate muzzle flash, making it easier to observe the drawing and escape direction of the game in poor light conditions. The sound suppressor should always be removed before pulling through the firearm to avoid damage to the muzzle brakes. For cleaning and preserving sound suppressors, penetrating oils are recommended. High-temperature resistant greases are effective for maintaining the threads.
