Peterssen Gunworks Typ11V3 Muzzle Brake
 
The Typ11V3 muzzle brake was developed from the desire of some customers for a muzzle brake for barrel diameters over 23.50mm. As a scaled-up version of the Typ9V3, the Typ11V3 features the proven openings on the top of the brake. These allow gases to escape not only sideways but also upwards. This makes the Typ11V3 particularly suitable for firearms that tend to have strong upward recoil. Additionally, the six clamping screws ensure a secure hold of the brake, even with high-pressure magnum calibers.
 
The brake can be delivered in either a stainless steel look (brushed or matte finish) or with a matte black PVD coating.
 
The latest V3 version now offers an even more durable finish in the black version. All our PGW muzzle brakes will now be delivered with high-tech PVD coating. PVD provides an extremely high surface hardness combined with optimal resistance to thermal and corrosive influences.
