The OA-15 Black Label DI cannot be freely configured. Delivery is as illustrated and described, including operating instructions and a 20-round magazine (blocked to 10/2 rounds).

The main difference between the new Black Label series "Drop In" DI and "Free Float" FF lies in the attachment method of the handguard. The DI fore-end is traditionally clamped between the A2 front sight base and the delta ring, while the FF handguard, mounted via barrel nut, allows the barrel to float freely.
