CBS BECK KASSEL Chr. Beck & Sons from Kassel Date of company foundation on March 31, 1892 in Kassel. CBS was a well-known manufacturer of high-quality binoculars in the 1960s. Later, there were economic problems and the company came under the ownership of Hertel & Reuss. From this source, spare parts were still available until the mid-1980s, but probably no new binoculars anymore. CBS products are of high quality and very expensive.
