The 4th generation with the revolutionary "Safe Action" trigger system comes with an adjustable back strap and improved grip: The surface of the grip is more textured compared to previous generations of the Glock 17 - the weapon can be held securely even in wet conditions. Additionally, the magazine release button has been extended, making it significantly easier to operate.
The Gen4 is based on the Modular Back Strap (MBS) grip. The MBS grip allows the shooter to change the circumference of the grip and adapt it to the respective hand size. There are three grip sizes: short (SF-Frame), medium (standard grip size), and large; the grip scale exchange is very quick and easy to perform.
