Miscellaneous: Right of Withdrawal
The buyer can, provided he is a consumer (§ 13 BGB), revoke his contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, email) or – if the item is handed over to him before the deadline – also by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the goods have arrived at the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before the arrival of the first partial delivery) and also not before the seller has fulfilled the information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 EGBGB in conjunction with § 1 Abs. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as his obligations according to § 312g Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To maintain the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the item in good time.

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the performances received by both parties must be returned and surrendered. If the buyer cannot return the received performance as well as benefits (e.g., usage advantages) in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, he must provide the seller with compensation for value to that extent. For the deterioration of the item and for benefits drawn, the buyer must only provide compensation for value to the extent that the benefits or the deterioration are attributable to handling the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and the functionality. "Examination of the properties and the functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. Items that can be shipped in a package must be returned at the seller's expense and risk. Non-packageable items will be picked up from the buyer. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for the buyer with the sending of his withdrawal declaration or the item, for the seller with its receipt.

Data Protection
1 Personal data is only collected if the customer provides it voluntarily to the seller for the purpose of contract processing or when registering for the email newsletter. The personal data provided on this occasion will be used for contract processing as well as for handling customer inquiries.
2 The customer's email address will also be used for our own advertising purposes, provided the customer has expressly consented to this. The customer can revoke his consent to the seller at any time.
3 The customer's personal data will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods.
4 After complete processing of the contract, the customer's data will be stored with regard to tax and commercial law retention periods, but blocked for other purposes and deleted after the expiration of these periods, unless the customer has expressly consented to further use of his data.
15 The customer has the right to free information about his stored data as well as, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. He can contact the seller free of charge with questions regarding the collection, processing, or use of his personal data.

All data that we learn from you, e.g., name, address, date of birth, hunting license, firearms ownership card, will be collected by us in accordance with the EU GDPR and used only in permissible ways.
