The HW 45 from Weihrauch is modeled after one of the most famous service pistols in the world. It has the ability to be cocked in two stages. Thanks to the spring piston system, this can be done without pumping. In Level 1, the weapon shoots at 125m/s and in Level 2 at 170m/s. Additionally, the air pistol features a match-like adjustable trigger with a pressure point, an adjustable micrometer sight with fiber optics, and a rail for mounting an additional scope. The wooden grip panels are suitable for both right and left-handed users.

Right of withdrawal
If the buyer is a consumer (§ 13 BGB), he can revoke his contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or – if the item is handed over to him before the deadline – also by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of the seller's information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 EGBGB in conjunction with § 1 Abs. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as his obligations according to § 312g Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To maintain the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the item in time.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, the performances received by both parties must be returned and surrendered. If the buyer cannot return the received performance as well as uses (e.g. benefits of use) in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, he must provide the seller with compensation in this respect. The buyer must only provide compensation for the deterioration of the item and for uses drawn to the extent that the uses or the deterioration are due to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and the functioning. "Examination of the properties and the functioning" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. Items that can be sent by parcel must be returned at the seller's expense and risk. Non-parcelable items will be picked up from the buyer. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for the buyer with the sending of his withdrawal declaration or the item, for the seller with their receipt.

1 Personal data is only collected if the customer provides it voluntarily to the seller for the purpose of contract processing or when registering for the email newsletter. The personal data provided at this occasion will be used for contract processing as well as for processing the customer's inquiries.
2 The customer's email address will also be used for our own advertising purposes, provided the customer has expressly consented to this. The customer can revoke his consent to the seller at any time.
3 The customer's personal data will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods.
4 After complete processing of the contract, the customer's data will be stored with regard to tax and commercial law retention periods, but blocked for other purposes and deleted after the expiration of these periods, unless the customer has expressly consented to further use of his data.
15 The customer has the right to free information about his stored data as well as, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. He can contact the seller free of charge with questions regarding the collection, processing or use of his personal data.
