X50CrMoV15 Steel Blade with Hollow Grind
At the heart of the knife is a sturdy 3.9 mm-thick blade made from high-carbon martensitic stainless steel X50CrMoV15 (1.4116). The addition of chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium gives the steel high resistance to corrosion and wear, as well as long-lasting edge retention, with a hardness of around 56-58 HRC. The plain edge has a hollow grind, and the Satin Finish coating effectively reduces glare.
Ergonomic Handle and Hand-Stitched Leather Sheath
The contoured black polymer handle features finger grooves and a ridged thumb ramp, ensuring a secure grip and preventing the knife from slipping—even with wet or dirty hands. An enlarged lanyard hole is located at the rear. The knife comes with a hand-stitched black cowhide sheath, fitted with a Prym snap fastener and a belt loop for vertical carry.
