Diana P-Five 4.5 mm break-barrel spring-piston air pistol

Diana P-Five 4.5 mm Break-Barrel Air Pistol

A modern air pistol, the Diana P-Five 4.5 mm is ideal for learning to shoot and for recreational shooting with family or friends.

What sets the Diana P-Five air pistol apart:

Spring-powered – no need to buy CO2 cartridges or Green Gas, which doesn’t perform well at low temperatures. All you need to shoot the Diana air pistol is a supply of pellets, so running costs are low.

Rifled barrel – air pistols rarely have one. A rifled barrel provides accuracy and consistent shots.

Compatible with 4.5 mm diabolo pellets.

Diana P-Five pistol construction

The pistol frame is made of matte polymer, offering high resistance to mechanical damage and weather. Polymer grips are easy to clean and don’t need the maintenance required by wooden components.

The grip features a high undercut beavertail and an angle borrowed from sport pistols. This design lets the pistol fit the shooter’s hand well and helps distribute recoil. The grip also has non-slip rubber panels that significantly improve stability and comfort.

The pistol has mechanical sights: a fixed front sight and an elevation- and windage-adjustable rear sight mounted on a factory 11 mm dovetail rail.

Spring-powered Diana air pistol

The air pistol is cocked by breaking the barrel. It uses a classic spring-piston system, which remains one of the most reliable and affordable power systems. A spring-powered pistol doesn’t require the user to buy additional consumables.

A sturdy steel catch securely locks the barrel after it is broken, making it easy to load a diabolo pellet into the chamber. Unlike magazine-fed airguns, single-shot spring-powered airguns can use any type of 4.5 mm diabolo pellet.

The Diana air pistol has a rifled barrel

Thanks to its 20 mm-long rifled barrel, the pistol can shoot 4.5 mm diabolo pellets. Shots are highly accurate and consistent. It also has a clearly defined trigger mechanism.

The manual push-through safety (in the trigger) lets you lock the trigger mechanism while carrying or storing the pistol, preventing accidental discharge.

The Diana P-Five 4.5 mm is a spring-powered air pistol for beginners, offering good build quality, accuracy, and ease of use.
