Description:

Exceptionally beautiful, high-quality bolt-action rifle built on an original Mauser 98 action in the proven hunting caliber .30-06 Springfield.

The rifle combines the classic, extremely robust Mauser 98 design with high-quality hunting features. Highlights include the attractive, beautifully grained wooden stock with hogback, Bavarian cheekpiece, neatly cut checkering, decorative hardwood caps and tear-drop tip.

The ventilated buttplate provides a comfortable shoulder mount and helps reduce felt recoil. Sling swivels are included.

The action has been professionally reblued. An M13x1 muzzle thread was also added, after which the rifle was re-proofed by the state.

The set trigger can be used according to preference and allows for a particularly light trigger pull. Features also include a 3-position Forester safety and the proven EAW swing mount.

The rifle is fitted with a high-quality Schmidt & Bender 3–12x50 scope with a classic No. 4 reticle. This makes it an excellent choice for stand hunting, stalking and traditional hunting.

With a 52 cm barrel and an overall length of 106.5 cm, the rifle remains easy to handle despite its classic design.

A particularly beautiful Mauser 98 hunting rifle for enthusiasts of classic gunsmithing, fine stock wood and proven German hunting technology.
