Combination guns for versatile use. With the Blaser Bergstutzen, hunters have every option open to them.
Many hunters in mixed small and big game hunting areas appreciate the option of having two different calibers in one firearm. The smaller barrel sits inside a carrier tube and can be precisely adjusted to the larger one. Thanks to its reliable single-lock mechanism, the Blaser Bergstutzen BS 95 offers maximum safety. The system is extremely easy to operate, as only one spring needs to be cocked. In addition, the firearm automatically uncocks after every shot, making it as safe as possible.

Trigger and action
The Blaser Bergstutzen BS 95 features a double-trigger system with a single lock. The rifle is carried uncocked and cocked only immediately before firing. With its double-trigger system and single lock, the firearm is uncocked after a shot and must be cocked again before firing another shot—offering maximum safety. The front trigger generally fires the lower barrel, while the rear trigger fires the upper barrel. The direct triggers break with incredible crispness, making a set trigger unnecessary. When the action is opened or the action lever is operated, the lock uncocks automatically, providing another safety feature alongside the manual cocking system.

Barrels and receiver
Thanks to the free-floating barrels, point of impact remains consistently precise on follow-up shots, regardless of which barrel was fired previously. Each barrel can vibrate and expand freely, without affecting the point of impact of the other barrel. Thanks to the well-engineered technology Blaser has relied on for decades, adjustment by a specialist is straightforward. Switching to a different caliber or model is simple and cost-effective. Within the B 95 range, the firearm type can also be changed by replacing the barrel assembly: the over-and-under combination gun becomes a Bergstutzen, while the over-and-under rifle can be converted into an over-and-under combination gun or a Bergstutzen, and vice versa. The barrel assembly also comes with standard open sights.

The steel-gray anodized receiver features finely crafted game scene engravings on its sides, finished with subtle arabesque engravings. The beautifully rendered red deer scene on the left side and the elegant depiction of wild boar in their natural habitat are second to none. The receiver’s shape harmonizes with the lines of the entire over-and-under combination gun, creating an elegant blend of classic and modern design.

Stock
The BS 95 features an attractive stock in wood grade 4. The buttstock has a Bavarian cheekpiece, and the comb has a comfortable, ergonomic profile. The pronounced pistol grip provides a secure hold and ends in a flat cap. The pistol grip and fore-end feature finely cut checkering, ensuring a firm, secure grip in all weather conditions. The stock also has sling swivel fittings. The Bergstutzen’s low weight of 3.4 kg rounds out the technical and functional advantages of this rifle.
