Smith & Wesson model 3906 (deactivated)

Caliber 9mm

The Smith & Wesson Model 3906 is a legendary and relatively rare 9mm semi-automatic pistol from Smith & Wesson’s renowned “Third Generation.”

The Model 3906 had a very short production run. It was introduced in 1988/1989 and discontinued again in 1991. Due to its low production numbers, the 3906 is now a sought-after collector’s item. Because the frame and slide are made entirely of stainless steel, the unloaded firearm weighs approximately 1020 grams (36 oz). This relatively high weight, combined with its slim single-stack profile and 9mm caliber, makes the Model 3906 very mild and stable to shoot. Recoil is minimal, making it an extremely comfortable and accurate pistol at the shooting range.

Professionally deactivated by the French Proof House of Liège, with no visible signs of deactivation on the outside. Movable slide safety and slide stop.
