The Safariland® Model 5198 holster is lightweight, with cut-down sides for an easy draw and an open top designed for defensive sport shooting. Its compact size also makes it ideal for concealed carry. A trigger guard stop and adjustable tension device secure the firearm during intense activity. Its thermoformed SafariLaminate™ construction stands up to constant use, while the STX finish retains its appearance over the years. The 5198 comes with an injection-molded paddle and belt loop, so you can adjust the carry to your comfort and needs. IDPA and USPSA approved.
Retention level: Safariland levels count hand movements, not parts. Level I = 1 movement · Level II = 2 · Level III = 3 · Level IV = 4. This holster has passive retention.
Compatible firearms: STI Intl 2011 Full Dust Cover.
Safariland makes this holster for hundreds of firearms and configurations. Need it for a different firearm, in another color (Coyote/FDE), for left-handed use, or in a version for a firearm with a light (Streamlight TLR, Surefire X300…)? Contact us with your model and we’ll get it for you.
