Desert Eagle Titanium Gold .50 AE

Desert Eagle Titanium Gold Caliber .50 AE

The Desert Eagle is a semi-automatic pistol,

which, like the semi-automatic rifle AR15,

operates on the gas-operated rotating bolt principle.

It was developed by Magnum Research in the USA and manufactured from 1985 by IMI in Israel. IMI no longer produces Desert Eagle pistols for the civilian market, which is now served by Magnum Research.

The Mark XIX Desert Eagle is made on modern CNC machines. Because it is very large and bulky, it has been used in many film productions, making it well known outside the firearms community. It is rarely used as a service weapon, as it is too large, too heavy, too expensive, and due to its complex mechanism, not reliable enough. Additionally, its magazine holds too few cartridges.

However, it is very popular as a collector’s item and a unique sport firearm.
