The Haenel Jaeger 10 stands out with its excellent price/performance ratio and is 100% "Made in Germany". The Jaeger 10 is offered in various model variants, from the higher-quality Timber version in wood grade 4, two variants with camouflage finish, three varmint versions, a short tracker, and a precision rifle. The stock of this lightweight bolt-action rifle has a straight comb, with a long German cheekpiece depending on the version. The synthetic stocks are made from the latest high-tech plastic. All metal parts are matte blued. Female hunters can use a special ladies’ stock. This stock has a shortened buttstock, a steeper pistol grip, and a shock-absorbing recoil pad to reduce recoil. These features enable a typically female cheek weld. The bolt features six large lugs on the bolt head and runs perfectly in the receiver with excellent surface and sliding properties. The opening angle of only 60 degrees allows both fast cycling and a very low scope mounting. The trigger is a dry direct trigger with a safety sear. Opening the chamber automatically disengages the sear. The detachable box magazine consists of a steel body and holds a standard 3 + 1 cartridges. The rifle comes standard with a hunting sight with a luminous front sight. The safety is located on the right side next to the bolt and has a separate chamber lock that allows unloading while secured. The Jaeger 10 allows mounting a Remington 700 mounting base. All Remington 700 mounts can be attached to this base. Some Jaeger 10 models (e.g., Jaeger 10 Varmint) come standard with a Picatinny rail, which can be factory-installed on all other Jaeger 10 models for an additional charge. This allows all common scopes to be mounted easily. • Detachable magazine for 3+1, 4+1 (.223Rem.), Magnum: 2+1 • Barrel length 56/61 cm • Overall length 110cm/115cm • Weight: approx. 3.2 kg • Cold-forged barrel with muzzle thread M15 X 1 • Ghost ring sights Order here directly → →Haenel Jaeger 10 Lady Timber with detachable sights, with muzzle thread M15x1, caliber .243 Win.
