Firearm purchase and shipping within Germany

If you would like to purchase an item by mail order, please note that we need your full contact details, including your phone number. We will email you an order confirmation in the form of a customer order. Please note that the order is sent as a PDF; please also check your spam folder. You will find all the necessary information there, including shipping costs and bank details. When purchasing firearms, we require proof of your eligibility to acquire them in the following form:
For purchases of handguns or long guns with a firearms ownership card (WBK) containing an approved prior entry, we always require the original WBK, as we, as the transferor, enter the model and serial number.
For purchases of long guns by hunters, we require your hunting license or a certified copy! You can also email us a scan, but only together with a direct phone number and the name of the caseworker responsible at the issuing authority.
Please note that we only ship with certified shipping companies that guarantee personal delivery. You must be able to identify yourself to the courier in person. Delivery is generally on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. An alternative delivery address can be provided by arrangement. Scheduled deliveries are also possible, but are subject to an additional charge.

Firearm purchase and shipping to other EU countries

Sales to EU countries are possible, but we require an authorization to transfer the firearm from the recipient country.
To check the shipping costs, we need your full address. Without it, we cannot calculate the shipping costs.
If you would like to purchase a firearm from another EU country, we will email you an order confirmation in the form of a customer order. This will include the firearm's serial number and our bank details or international bank details. The customer order will also show the actual shipping costs. These must be paid in advance together with the price of the firearm. You will receive this as a PDF file; please also check your spam folder.
Once we receive payment in full, the item will be reserved for you. If payment has not been received within 10 business days, the firearm may be made available for sale again. You will then have no right to have your order fulfilled.
Once you have received the EU transfer authorization from your local regulatory authority, please send us the original. We will return it to you with the firearm you ordered. We will then apply for the German export authorization. Depending on the authority's workload, this can usually take 8–10 days, and in some cases 2–3 weeks.
The firearm will then be shipped as soon as possible.

For all international shipments, we always need a phone number, preferably a mobile or landline number where you can be reached at any time if we have questions.
