The official assault rifle of the French Army in civilian version! Find here a set of technology and quality that no other brand has yet matched.

The MR223 is the semi-automatic rifle chambered in 223 REMINGTON. It is the civilian version of the HK416, the standard issue weapon of the French Army. The MR223 incorporates all the technical advantages, patents, and innovations of its big brother, the HK416. Although the model closest to the military version remains the MR223 in its "FC" version.

The MR223 operates with an indirect gas system. This carbine uses the same tested and proven gas system as the renowned HK G36. Unlike direct gas systems, this Made In Germany innovation allows better cycling and greatly reduces fouling during repeated firing.

Want to step up your game? Trust Heckler & Koch! This carbine features a cold hammer-forged barrel with a chrome-lined bore. The barrel is free-floating and factory-targeted before marketing to guarantee you impeccable accuracy.

The civilian MR223 model has a technical advantage for shooters: the Slim Line handguard with Hkey interface offers a wide range of equipment options. Additionally, the patented HK Slim Line stock makes the MR223 extremely easy to handle and can be optimally adjusted.

The flared magazine well allows quick magazine changes and is compatible with STANAG standard magazines.

This carbine, approved and praised by NATO, is fully ambidextrous: its controls, stock, and handguard adapt to all handedness. Moreover, the weapon was developed in partnership with ergonomists to offer a balanced and manageable firearm.

Find a long Picatinny rail along the entire top of the weapon for mounting accessories. A Picatinny rail is also present under the handguard.

The revolutionary sighting system of the MR223 deserves attention: By going against the classic combat sighting (e.g., MAGPUL MBUS), HK takes a winning bet. The carbine is equipped with a very fine aperture rear sight reminiscent of a diopter and a front sight that recalls precision front sights. The set is foldable.
