The Magnum Research Desert Eagle Case Hardened is a semi-automatic gas-operated pistol with a rotating bolt, recognizable by its unique blued case hardened steel finish. It’s one of the few semi-automatic platforms capable of handling magnum calibers, with a 6-inch barrel and a presence unlike any other pistol.
Gas-operated mechanism
Where most pistols operate by recoil, the Desert Eagle uses gas like a rifle and locks with a rotating bolt. This system allows it to fire high-energy magnum cartridges semi-automatically.
Case Hardened finish and three calibers
The case hardened steel finish, protected by a clear coat, makes each piece unique: no pattern is identical. The Mark XIX range comes in .357 Magnum, .44 Magnum, and .50 AE; check the exact caliber of the stock piece before ordering.
Steel construction and Weaver rail
The barrel, frame, and slide are made of carbon steel. The firearm features a full-length Weaver rail on the barrel, ambidextrous safety, and comes with two pairs of grips.
