10.3x60R Triebel full-length sizing die 1 1/4" with 4 inserts

This die comes with 4 inserts in the neck/shoulder area with diameters of 10.90 mm / 10.95 mm / 11.00 mm / 11.05 mm. This ensures that all variants can be optimally calibrated. Includes carrying case! The full-length sizing die calibrates the fired cartridge case from the case neck to the base area (P1) in diameter back. The Triebel full-length sizing die consists of the hardened die body and the spindle with the internal expander and the ejector pin. The die body is hardened, the internal profile is mirror polished. The internal expander is made of tool steel, hardened and finely ground. The complete spindle can be removed upwards, so that no readjustment is necessary when reinstalled. The external sizing is done by pushing the cartridge case into the die. The internal sizing of the case neck is done when pulling it out of the die. This restores the case’s loading capability and achieves a firm bullet seating. The correct position of the die in the press is set with the lock nut. This allows the dies to be used in common reloading presses; for 1¼" - 12 thread, a threaded bushing can be removed on heavy presses (e.g. Turban-CNC Präzipress).
